清热利湿法在膝关节痛风性关节炎患者中的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by clearing heat and promoting dieresis method in knee gouty arthritis patients

目的观察并分析在膝关节痛风性关节炎患者的治疗中应用清热利湿法的临床效果。方法 150例膝关节痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组75例。两组患者均实施关节镜微创术进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上采用清热利湿法进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及Lysholm膝关节评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组两项评分均优于治疗前,且观察组患者VAS评分及Lysholm膝关节评分分别为(1.05±0.06)、(96.57±3.62)分优于同期对照组的(1.78±0.57)、(91.68±3.58)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节痛风性关节炎的治疗中通过应用清热利湿法能够有效提升临床治疗效果,对于缓解患者疼痛以及改善膝关节功能方面具有显著的作用,因此清热利湿法适合作为该疾病患者的优选治疗方法加以推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze clinical effect by clearing heat and promoting dieresis method applied in the treatment of knee gouty arthritis patients. Methods A total of 150 patients with knee gouty arthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. Both groups received arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery for treatment, and the observation also received additional clearing heat and promoting dieresis method for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of visual analogue scale（VAS） score and Lysholm knee score scale before treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better scores than those before treatment, and the observation group had both better VAS score and Lysholm knee score scale as（1.05±0.06） and（96.57±3.62） points than（1.78±0.57） and（91.68±3.58） points in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of clearing heat and promoting dieresis method in treating knee gouty arthritis can effectively improve clinical effect, along with excellent effect on relieving pain and improving knee function in patients. Therefore, clearing heat and promoting dieresis method ought to be promoted and applied as the preferred method in treatment.
