需求不确定下航空公司混合渠道鲁棒协调研究

Research on Robust Optimization in Airlines' Hybrid Channels Coordination with Uncertain Demands

摘要 为了对航空公司混合渠道进行更有效协调,根据渠道协调特点,运用情景分析法构建了需求不确定情况下航空公司混合渠道协调的鲁棒优化模型,并对该模型进行了多维度数值模拟.结果表明,该模型是解鲁棒和模型鲁棒的,适用于需求不确定下航空公司混合渠道协调;随着分销渠道比例下降,渠道协调鲁棒性呈现先降后升趋势,随着休闲类旅客比例上升,渠道协调鲁棒性呈现先升后平稳趋势.因此航空公司应提升直销渠道和旅客黏性;代理人应降低渠道成本;两者应开展合作吸引休闲类旅客,并在休闲类旅客的高比例区域投放高比例优惠经济舱机票. To make the airlines' hybrid channels coordination more effective,a robustness optimization model of airlines' hybrid channels coordination with uncertain demand is established based on the characteristics of channels coordination and scenario analysis.In addition,three-dimensional numerical simulations of the robustness optimization model are performed.The results show that the model proposed is robust to uncertain demands and fit for airlines' channels coordination,With the proportion of distribution channels continues to decline,the robustness of channels coordination system shows the trend of first falling and then rising.Besides,for the proportion of leisure class passengers,the robustness of channels coordination system shows the trend of first rising and then stable.Hence,the airlines should focus on promoting the direct channel and passengers' stickiness and the agents should focus on reducing the cost of channels.The airlines and agents should cooperate with each other to attract leisure class passengers.Moreover,they should keep high proportion of preferential economy class tickets in the region where the proportion of leisure class passengers is high.
