刺血加温针法治疗Hunt综合征临床研究

Study on Pricking blood combined with warming acupuncture in treatment of Hunt syndrome

目的观察刺血加温针法治疗Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法将63例急性期Hunt综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组患者均予相同的西药治疗,在此基础上,治疗组在常规辨证针刺基础上加刺血和温针灸,对照组只给予常规辨证针刺。观察2组患者治疗前后肌电图数值、面神经功能评价和疼痛评分情况,比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗4周后治疗组SEMG振幅和潜伏期及对照组潜伏期均明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后4周、8周时2组面神经功能评分均显著改善(P均<0.05),且治疗组较对照组更显著(P均<0.05);治疗后2周、4周2组面部疼痛评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P均<0.05);治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刺血加温针法治疗急性期Hunt综合征,可明显促进受损面神经功能恢复,消除耳部疼痛及疱疹,缩短疗程、提高疗效,值得推广。

Objective It is to observe the effect of pricking blood combined with warming acupuncture in treatment of Hunt syndrome. Methods 63 patients with acute Hunt facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with pricking blood and warm acupuncture therapy,and the control group was given conventional acupuncture. At the same time,all patients of the two groups were treated with the same Western medicine. After treatment,the data of electromyography indexes,facial nerve function score and facial pain score were recorded and analyzed,and the curative effect were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment for 4weeks,the SEMG amplitude and latency of the treatment group and the latency of the control group were significantly improved（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly（ all P〈0. 05）; after treatment for 4 weeks and8 weeks,the facial nerve function score of two groups were significantly improved（ all P〈0. 05）,and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ all P〈0. 05）; after treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the facial pain scores of two groups were significantly lower（ all P〈0. 05）,and the scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ all P〈0. 05）; the cure rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion pricking blood combined with warming acupuncture in treatment of acute Hunt syndrome,can significantly promote the recovery of injured facial nerve function,eliminate ear pain and herpes,shorten the course of treatment,improve the curative effect.
