提高四川省中小型水电站群安全管理及经济效益,减少中小型水电站群安全事故,是中小型水电站群运营的主要目的。本文通过中小型水站群综合自动化系统实施,探索跨区域、跨流域的中小型水电站群的全员发电运行和安全管理,通过技术措施加强跨区域、跨流域电站安全管理,同时提高中小型水电站群经济效益。

Operation of small and medium-sized hydropower station groups in Sichuan Province mainly aims to improve their safety management level and economic benefits and reduce accidents.Through implementation of integrated automation system in such hydropower station groups,this paper explores all-staff generation operation and safety management of cross-regional and inter-basin small and medium-sized hydropower plant groups.Technical measures are taken to enhance the safety management level of cross-regional and inter-basin hydropower stations and improve their economic benefits.
