摘要
[目的]探讨护士核心自我评价对职业倦怠的影响,验证工作满意度的中介作用。[方法]采用核心自我评价量表、工作满意度量表与职业倦怠量表对西安市两所综合性医院的397名护士进行调查。[结果]已婚护士工作满意度总分(15.65分±5.51分)高于未婚护士工作满意度总分(11.07分±5.21分),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),已婚护士职业倦怠总分(66.69分±9.68分)低于未婚护士职业倦怠总分(70.53分±11.83分),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),婚姻是影响护士职业倦怠的重要因素;核心自我评价与工作满意度呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.01),与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.30,P<0.01),职业倦怠与工作满意度呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.01);工作满意度能够中介核心自我评价对职业倦怠的影响。[结论]核心自我评价作为一种积极的人格特质能够降低护士职业倦怠,工作满意度能够部分地中介这一影响。
Objective To probe into the influence of the core self-evaluation of nurses on job burnout and to verify the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Methods: A total of 397 nurses in two general hospitals in Xi?an were investigated by using core self-rating scale,job satisfaction scale and job burnout scale. Results:The scores of job satisfaction of married nurses(15. 65 ± 5. 51) was significantly higher than that of unmarried nurses(11.07± 5. 21)(P〈0. 05). The married nurse's total score of burnout(66. 69 ± 9. 68) was significantly lower than that of unmarried nurse(70. 53 ± 11. 83) ,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Marriage was an important factor influencing the job burnout of nurses. Core self - evaluation was positively correlated with job satisfaction(r = 0. 42 ,P 〈0. 01) , negatively correlated with job burnout(r =-0. 30,P 〈C0. 01). Job burnout was negatively correlated with job satisfaction(r =-0. 51 ,P〈0. 01). The job satisfaction could be mediated by the core self-evaluation of the impact of job burnout. Conclusions: As a positive personality trait, core self- evaluation could reduce nurses' job burnout. Job satisfaction could partially mediate the effect.
