大数据背景下的个人隐私保护研究

Research on Personal Privacy Protection under Big Data Background

随着互联网、物联网、云计算等信息技术的快速发展,数据的规模呈爆炸式增长,标志着大数据的时代已经来临。大数据在带来巨大商业价值的同时,也不可避免地会侵犯到个人隐私。首先就大数据与个人隐私的概念做了说明,其次分析了大数据对个人隐私造成的威胁,最后讨论了个人隐私保护的技术和法律规范。

With the rapid development of the Internet, Internet of Things,cloud computing and other infor-mation technology,the scale of the data grows in an explosive way, which marks the advent of the era of big data. Big data bring great commercial value,but it will inevitably violate personal privacy. At first,this paper describes the concept of big data and personal privacy,then analyzes the threat of big data to personal privacy,and finally describes and discusses some of the personal privacy protection technologies and legal norms.
