基于民航行业标准与维修规范的航空器维修实践教学研究

Research on Aircraft Repair Practice Teaching Based on Civil Aviation Industrial Standards and Maintenance Norms

以发动机高压燃油泵拆装标准施工为例,依据行业标准和维修规范对教学内容和考核指标进行设计,得到学生的综合考核样本,进而根据考核样本评估学生的掌握情况,再反馈到实践教学中,对较难掌握的知识点加强实践训练。在强化基本动手能力的基础上,在行业标准和维修规范框架下,加强施工难度与应变能力综合培训,对航空器维修综合实践教学质量的提高具有一定的指导意义。

With engine high pressure fuel pump removal standard construction as the example,teaching con-tent and examination index are designed according to industrial standards and maintenance norms to obtain students＇ comprehensive examination samples,and further to evaluate their command according to examina-tion samples. Practice training should be reinforced for knowledge that is difficult to command. On the basis of strengthening basic operational ability,the comprehensive training of construction difficulty and adaptive ability under industrial standards and maintenance norms is of instructive significance for the improvement of the practice teaching quality of aircraft maintenance.
