重庆市机器人产业技术创新对策研究

Research on countermeasures for technological innovation of robot industry in Chongqing

摘要 针对重庆打造"机器人之都"大力发展机器人产业现状,分析外机器人产业技术创新特点和重庆机器人产业技术创新存在的问题,主要是重庆发展机器人产业的高精度减速器、伺服电机和控制器等依赖进口,品牌影响力处于劣势,创新成果及产学研实际转化率较低,机器人产业技术创新能力弱,核心竞争力不强。对此建议:一是突破减速器或直驱电机关键技术核心零部件,奠定产业发展基础;二是加大政府扶持,做好产业布局及服务;三是培育支撑特色,构建产业发展生态。 In response to the technological innovation status quo of robot industry in Chongqing in order to build the robots city ,the correspondent countermeasures are presented based on the characteristics of robot in foreign and domestic and the problem of technological innovation for robot industry in Chongqing. The major problem is the severe dependence of import for the high reducer, servo motor and controllers, the lower influence of brands of robot, and the less transfer of achievement of innovation. So it is weak for the innovation ability of robot because of the lack of local science and technology resources and the core competence. The countermeasures for the technological innovation are as follow. Firstly, it is to break through the core technological components of robot such as reducer and direct drive motor to settle the basis of robot industry development in Chongqing. Secondly,it is to promote the government support of robot industry layout and service for the development of robot industry. Thirdly, it is to set up the industry development environment to cultivate the robot industry.
