Study of Optimal Planning Methods for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

摘要 电动汽车是我国21世纪实现经济低碳环保和构建坚强智能电网的重要组成部分,为适应电动汽车产业的迅猛发展,作为电动汽车能源补充配套设施的电动汽车充电站建设已是迫在眉睫,电动汽车充电站优化规划研究已成为国内外关注的热点。本文给出了充电站的四种分类,针对不同类型充电站的特点,总结了不同类型充电站规划优化影响因素,综述了近年来电动汽车充电站规划优化研究成果,并从环境影响、智能电网融合和充电站评价体系三个方面对未来充电站优化规划研究方向进行了展望。 Today, electric vehicle has been an important part of achieving low carbon economy and building a strong smart grid in 21 st century. In order to adapt to the fast rapid development of the electric vehicle industry ,the construction of the electric vehicle charging stations as the energy supplement facilities is urgent, and the subject is also the state of the art in the world. The four categories of the charging stations are presented in this paper. According to the characteristics of different types of charging stations, the factors as well as the results of the research of optimal planning methods for electric vehicle charing stations have been presented in the paper. Finally, from the aspects of environmental implication along with the smart grid integration and evaluation system for charging stations, the research direction of optimal planning for electric vehicle charging stations in future is prospected.
