摘要
随着经济发展和技术进步,基于BIM技术的民用建筑设计系统能够构建出集成材料性质、物理特征等所有建筑信息的仿真模拟建筑模型,其不仅集成了所有建筑信息,还可用于建筑的成本分析、结构设计、设备管理等,对建筑的整个生命周期起着管理作用。对此,本文基于BIM技术的概述,分析了BIM技术在民用建筑设计中的应用优势,再对BIM技术在民用建筑设计中的具体应用和相关启迪展开研究,从而为BIM技术的实际应用提供参考。
with the development of economic and technology., civil construction design system BIM technology to create a model of building integrated simulation of material properties, physical characteristics of all construction simulation based on the information,not only integrates all the building information,also can be used for the analysis of the cost of construction,structure design,equipment management,management plays a role on the construction of the entire life cycle. This paper, based on BIM technology, analyses the advantages of BIM technology in civil building design, and then to study the application and Enlightenment of BIM technology in civil building design,to provide reference for the practical application of BIM technology.
