摘要
机电安装工程是公共建筑的重要构成之一,伴随建筑物规模的扩大,其技术要求和施工难度也有所提升,同时还需要各专业的高度协调配合。最近几年,BIM技术已被广泛运用于建筑行业,促进了建筑工程从前期设计、规划施工到后期运营的改革和创新,从而推动现代建筑业的未来发展。对此,本文基于BIM的技术优势和应用价值,对BIM管理在机电安装工程中的实施内容和方法展开了详细分析。
Mechanical and electrical installation project is one of the important composition of public construction, along with the scale enlargement of buildings, its technical requirements and construction difficulty also improved, and the height of the pro- fessional coordination is needed. In recent years, BIM technology has been widely used in building industry, promote the construction project from the operations of design, planning, construction and reform and innovation, so as to promote the future de- velopment of modern construction. To this, this article is based on BIM technology advantages and application value, and management of BIM implementation in the mechanical and electrical installation project launched in detail the content and meth- od.
