摘要
针对传统单片机控制系统或集散控制系统在恶劣现场环境下故障率高的缺点,提出利用基于Modbus协议的PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)组建DCS(Distributed Control System)远程供水监控系统。实践表明:组建的DCS系统稳定、可靠、故障率低,实现了控制现场PLC与上位机之间的通信,同时具有远程流量监测、远程智能仪表读数和远程切换控制等功能,提高了供水系统的自动化程度。
In order to overcome the drawback of high failure of the traditional single-chip microcomputer control system or collecting and distributing control system at the scene of the bad environment. The DCS remote monitoring and Control System of water supply was proposed Based on the Modbus protocol and using PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller). The practice shows that the forming of the DCS system is stable, reliable and low failure rate, realized the communication between PLC and PC control site, at the same time with remote traffic monitoring, remote intelligent meter reading and remote switch control and improve the degree of automation of water supply system.
