摘要
一米测长机-万能工具显微镜是CJNF公司70年代从日本进口的产品,是一种光学式、多参数的一体式二维坐标精密测量仪器,同时具有一米测长机和万能工具显微镜双重测量功能,目前国内外已没生产此类型一体式测量仪器。该仪器使用已达40余年,由于使用时间过长,玻璃线纹尺和光学读数装置已严重老化,无法测量零件尺寸。通过对仪器的主体和测量轨道等部件进行刮研、调整、改造,采用先进的光栅位移测试技术、光电转换技术和计算机采集技术,将光学读数系统技术升级改造为数显读数系统,设计二维计算机辅助软件,简化测量过程,扩展测量功能,简化繁琐的计算工作,避免操作人员的计算误差。
