摘要
针对激光传感器检测精度不高的问题,进行高精度激光传感电路的优化设计,提出基于串并联复合式宽带阻抗匹配的高精度激光传感电路设计方法。首先进行激光传感电路的总体设计和功能指标分析,然后进行激光传感数据采集系统设计、功率放大器设计和激光检测系统设计,采用串并联复合式宽带阻抗匹配网络进行激光传感电路的数据信息处理系统集成设计。最后进行电路系统调试实验,结果表明,采用所提方法设计激光传感电路,电路的可靠性较好,提高了各参量的输出增益,实现高精度的激光传感数据检测。
