摘要
针对传统的半导体激光器功率恒控制方法一直存在控制精度低、效率差的问题,提出基于单片机的半导体激光器功率恒控制方法。首先,在分析半导体激光器结构的基础上,对半导体激光器功率控制原理进行详细分析;其次,以其原理为基础,对影响半导体激光器功率控制的因素进行详细地分析;最后,在恒控制过程中加入单片机,增加半导体激光器功率恒控制的稳定性,实现半导体激光器功率恒控制的优化。实验结果证明,采用改进的半导体激光器功率恒控制方法,相比传统的控制方法,其控制精度高、稳定性好。
Abstract:In view of the low control precision and poor efficiency of the traditional power control method for the semiconductor laser, the power control method based on the single chip microcomputer is proposed. First of all, based on the analysis of semiconductor laser structure, the detailed analysis of semiconductor laser power control principle; secondly, with its principle as the foundation, carries on the detailed analysis of the influence factors of semiconductor laser power control; finally, in the constant control process in SCM, increased stability and constant control of semiconductor laser power, optimize the constant power control of semiconductor laser. The experimental results show that the improved semiconductor laser power constant control method, compared with the traditional control method, the control accuracy high, good stability.
