摘要
目的:观察弱激光照射治疗对于急慢性疼痛患者的疗效。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2016年3月门急诊215例急慢性疼痛患者,应用波长660nm、能量密度4J/cm2的氦氖弱激光对患者痛点、相应神经节进行照射治疗,2次/天,每次20min,10天为一个疗程,治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、8周分别采用目测类比评分法评价患者疼痛变化,并以治疗前和治疗后8周的疼痛程度差值评价疗效(显效:VAS差值>6;有效:VAS差值>3,≦6;无效:VAS差值≦3)。结果:所有的研究病例中,治疗前和治疗后目测类比评分显示,弱激光照射治疗能有效治疗临床常见急慢性疼痛,其中膝骨关节炎、肩周炎、肱骨外上髁炎、急性腰扭伤等急慢性软组织损伤对于弱激光照射效果较好,而对神经源性疼痛效果相对较差;所有患者在经过弱激光照射治疗后,总显效达87例,占40.47%,有效者99例,占46.04%,无效例数为29例,占13.49%,其总有效率为86.51%。结论:弱激光照射治疗能有效缓解急慢性疼痛患者疼痛症状,对于软组织损伤性尤为显著,对于神经性疼痛效果较差。
Objective : Curative effect observation of Low level laser irradiation for the treatment of acute and chronic pain patients. Result:All study cases, pre-treatment and post-treatment visual analog scale display, Low level laser irradiation therapy have a certain effect for clinical acute and chronic pain, knee osteoarthritis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, acute lumbar sprain and other acute and chronic soft tissue injury to the low energy laser irradiation is better, while the Neuropathic pain less effective ; all patients after low energy laser to treat an average of 12. 6 times, a total of 87 cases markedly, accounting for 40.47%, effective were 99 cases, accounting for 46. 04% , the number of cases is ineffective in 29 ca- ses, accounting for 13.49 %, the total effective rate was 86.51%. Conclusion:Low level laser irradiation therapy can effectively relieve pain in patients with acute and chronic pain, soft tissue injury is particularly significant, neuropathic pain effect slightly worse.
