施小墨辨证使用对药治疗冠心病经验

Differentiation Experience Introduction of Shi Xiaomo Use Herb Couples to Treat Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病发病率逐年增加,严重影响中老年人生活质量。中医认为胸痹病机为"阳微阴弦",脏腑亏虚为本,血瘀、痰浊、气滞、寒凝等邪气侵袭心脏脉络为标。笔者跟随施小墨教授临证西医辨病、中医辨证,配伍用药,善用药对,通补兼施,标本兼顾,祛除病因,调和气血,从而解除病痛。

The incidence of coronary heart disease increased year by year and it also affecting the quality of life of life of older persons seriously. The basic pathogenesis of ＂xiong bi＂ is ＂Yang wei yin xian＂ in TCM. Its pathogenesis is involved with the deficiency and excess. The major cause refers to deficiency of ＂Zang and Fu＂ , the secondary cause refers to stagnation of cold, qi and blood, and phlegm obstructing heart vessel. Professor Shi xiaomo combine TCM and modem medicine, is good at using herb couples treating both major pathogeny and secondary pathogeny, expel the cause of the disease, regulate qi and blood, dredge the blood vessel and restore the normal function of zang-fu organs to relieve the pain.
