摘要
针对钻井平台桩腿支撑用管的服役条件及特点,从化学成分设计、冶炼工艺、轧制工艺、热处理工艺和配套的焊接工艺等方面进行研究,成功开发出满足DNV-OS-B101规范的Ф355.6 mm×65 mm规格大直径特厚壁NV E550无缝钢管。检验结果表明:该无缝钢管具有高强度和优良的低温冲击韧性,性能组织均匀,可焊性良好,完全满足用户的设计和使用要求,并通过了DNV挪威船级社认证。
Aiming at the service conditions and ch aracteristics of the pipe for supporting offshore drilling platform pile column, the Φ355.6 mm×65 mm large-sized, extra-heavy-wall NV E550 seamless steel pipe as per Specification DNV-OS-B101 is developed successfully by means of researches concerning relevant design of chemical composition, melting process, rolling process, heat treatment process and applicable welding process, etc. Relevant test results show that the said pipe is in possession of high strength and excellent low-temperature impact toughness, homogeneous microstructure, and good weldability, having been satisfactory to the customized requirements for design and application. The pipe as developed has been DNV-certisfied.
