连铸圆管坯热送热装轧管的实践及问题探讨 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了连铸圆管坯热送热装轧管工艺和设备,以及热送热装轧管的试验过程,并由此提出了值得研究和探讨的问题。分析认为:连铸圆管坯热送热装轧管工艺节能效果显著,适用于品种单一或少品种(1~4种)、年产量≥25万t的轧管机组。在当前我国钢铁工业产业升级和实现可持续发展、防止低水平重复建设的形势下,研究和应用连铸圆管坯热送热装轧管工艺,对淘汰传统落后工艺具有借鉴意义。 Detailed in the article are the process of hot-conveyance/hot-charging of the CC round billet to piperolling and related equipment as well as the trial activities of the said process. Accordingly relevant issues need to be studied and discussed are put forward here. The analysis reveals that the round CC billet hot-conveyance/hot-charging process features remarkable energy-saving efficiency, being applicable to pipe-rolling mills with single pipe type or few pipe types (one to four types) and a yearly capacity≥250, 000 tons. The author regards that research and application of the technology of hot-conveyance/hot-charging of CC round billet to pipe-rolling process are worth using as reference for eliminating relevant conventional backward technologies, particularly in the present situation of the domestic steel industry involving cutting excessive capacity, upgrading, realizing sustainable development, and preventing repeated low-level constuctions.
