摘要
对长白山地区的长药八宝根茎的抗氧化性能进行了研究。利用95%的乙醇溶液浸泡和回流原料得到乙醇提取物(浸泡提取物)和乙醇回流提取物(回流提取物),然后依次用不同溶剂石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水萃取得到不同提取物,通过测试清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的能力,来研究其抗氧化性。结果表明:氯仿、乙酸乙酯提取物清除率都能达到50%以上,乙酸乙酯回流提取物在0.1 mg/m L浓度下,清除率能达到96%,其抗氧化能力与Vc的抗氧化能力相当。长药八宝乙酸乙酯提取物良好的抗氧化性能,将为其应用于食品、化妆品及医疗保健品等行业,提供研究基础。
The antioxidant activity of Hylotelephium spectabile's rhizome on Changbai Mountain region was investigated. Crude medicine was soaked and refluxed by using 95% ethanol solution to obtain ethanol extract(soak extract) and ethanol reflux extract(reflux extract), respectively, then the extracts was washed successively with different solvents, such as, petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water. The radial oxidation resistance was evaluated by scavenging 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrobenzene hydrazine(DPPH). The results showed that the radial scavenging rate of chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts could reach more than 50%. When the concentration of ethyl acetate reflux extract was 0.1 mg/m L, the radial scavenging rate could reach 96%, thus antioxidant capacity was as much as the antioxidantcapacity of Vc. The better oxidation resistance of Hylotelephium spectabile in the ethyl acetate extract would provide fundamental research for food, cosmetics, health products and other industries.
