富γ-氨基丁酸米糠调节高脂饮食大鼠糖脂代谢的效果评价 被引量:4

Effect on glucose and lipid metabolism in high fat diet fed rats of rich gama amino butyric acid rice bran

摘要 目的:研究富伽马氨基丁酸(GABA)米糠对高脂饮食SD大鼠的体重、血糖、血脂及氧化应激水平的调节作用。方法:通过无氧刺激获得新型培养米糠,即富集GABA米糠,其GABA含量和抗氧化能力显著增加,并将这2种米糠分别以一定的比例添加到高脂饲料中。将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为基础饲料组、高脂饲料组、普通米糠饲料组和富GABA米糠饲料组,干预8周后,检测血清血脂指标、胰岛素(INS)和氧化应激水平。结果:富GABA干预可降低大鼠体重、血糖和血脂;显著降低丙二醛(MDA)水平,显著增加总抗氧化能力(TAOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和谷胱甘肽(GSH-Px)水平(P<0.05)。结论:富GABA米糠可以有效地控制高脂饮食大鼠的体重、血糖、血脂及氧化应激水平。 In the present study, we investigated the effect of gama amino butyric acid(GABA) enriched rice bran on body weight, blood glucose and lipid level and oxidative stress in high fat diet fed SD rats.Methods: cultivated rice bran was prepared by anaerobic stimulus, namely GABA enriched rice bran, of which gamma GABA content and antioxidant capacity increased significantly, and two kinds of rice bran was separately added to the high fat diet in certain proportion. Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: basic diet group, high-fat diet group, ordinary rice bran group and GABA enriched rice bran group, and were intervented for eight weeks. The serum lipid index, insulin(INS), and oxidative stress level were determined. The results showed that the GABA enriched group reduced rat body weight, blood sugar and blood lipid level. A significant decrease in malondialdehyde(MDA) concentration was observed, as well as an increase in antioxidant capacity(TAOC), superoxide dismutase(TSOD) and glutathione(GSH-Px) levels(P〈0.05). The experimental conclusion: GABA enriched rice bran could effectively control body weight, regulate glucose-lipid metabolism, and improve oxidative stress in high fat diet fed rats.
