Determination of nonylphenol in packaged drinking water by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了定量分析包装饮用水中壬基酚的液相色谱-质谱法,并对市售包装饮用水进行检测。壬基酚质量浓度在(85.7~1431.8)ng/L范围内与一级质谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系:y=41.3x+1285.7,R2=0.9956。方法的检出限为48.5 ng/L,定量限为161.7 ng/L。方法的回收率为96.1%~109.4%,相对标准偏差(n=5)≤3.4%。在随机检测的63种包装饮用水中,有16种检出壬基酚,最高检出浓度168.3 ng/L。该方法选择性好、灵敏度高、重现性好,能够满足定量分析包装饮用水中壬基酚的要求。 A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) method was established to determine nonylphenol in packaged drinking water, and packaged drinking water products sold in the market were randomly detected for nonylphenol. The concentration of nonylphenol had a good linear relationship with the peak area of mass spectrum in the range of(85.7~1431.8)ng/L. The calibration curve was y=41.3x+1285.7, with the correlation coefficient of 0.9956. The limit of detection was 48.5 ng/L, and the limit of quantitation was 161.7 ng/L. The recoveries were between 96.1% and 109.4%, and the relativestandard deviations(n=5) were less than 3.4%. Among 63 packaged drinking water products, 16 were found to contain NP, and the maximum concentration was 168.3 ng/L. This method has the advantages of excellent selectivity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility, and could meet the detection demands of nonylphenol in packaged drinking water.
