纳米SiO2及蜂蜡改性聚偏二氯乙烯基膜材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)的成膜阻水性能及其成膜机械性能,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)修饰纳米Si O_2并结合蜂蜡改性PVDC材料。结果表明,当Si O_2/SDS配比为0.81时,纳米Si O_2水溶液具有最好的稳定性,并且当纳米Si O_2添加量为0.12 g/100 m L、蜂蜡添加量为0.45 g/100 m L时,对PVDC有最好的改性效果,具体表现为:改性后的PVDC乳液粘度及成膜透光率显著(p<0.05)降低,并且成膜机械性能显著(p<0.05)增加;扫面电镜结果显示,通过改性的PVDC成膜后分子空隙明显减少,成膜阻隔性明显增加。因此,纳米Si O_2及蜂蜡改性PVDC可以提高其成膜机械性能、阻隔性,以便更好地应用于食品涂膜保鲜中。 In this study,in order to improve film- forming and water- blocking properties of PVDC,sodium dodecyl sulfate was used as surfactant to modify nano- Si O_2 so as to increase its aqueous stability and then modify PVDC together with beeswax.The result showed that the most nano- Si O_2 and beeswax concentration were 0.12 g /100 m L and 0.45 g /100 m L,respectively.Nano- Si O_2 and beeswax could decrease viscosity and coating transmittance of PVDC significantly( P〈0.05) and also could improve coating mechanical behavior of PVDC( P〈0.05).Nano- Si O_2 and beeswax could fill in PVDC molecule gap and make the film smooth with the result of scanning electron microscopy.Therefore,nano- Si O_2 and beeswax could improve coating mechanical,barrier properties of PVDC and then applied to food preservation.
