摘要
针对罗茨真空泵转子轮廓列表曲线的CAD/CAM过程,分析了列表曲线离散点的三次样条插值过程以及三次样条曲线的直线逼近问题。通过研究传统直线逼近方法,提出了一种算法简捷、误差可控的逼近方法——改进的等间距法。采用一种全新的方法对刨削过程中的单次进给量进行控制,可大大提高刨削效率。开发了罗茨真空泵转子轮廓CAD/CAM一体化数控系统,在实际加工中取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
Cubic spline interpolation process of discrete points and linear approximation of the cubic spline curve were analyzed for the CAD/CAM process of roots vacuum pump rotor' s listing points curves. An improved approaching method using the deter- mining step size was presented through researching the methods of approaching of cubic spline curve. This method is simple and it' s approaching accuracy can be controlled. Using a new method to control the single feed amount of the process of planning, which can improve the efficiency of planning. CAD/CAM integrated planning CNC system for roots vacuum pump rotor outline was developed,which has achieved good economic and social benefits in the actual processing.
