摘要
电动螺旋压力机的综合刚度是影响成形工艺效率的重要因素之一。为了探索提高电动螺旋压力机工艺效率和综合刚度的有效途径,对各种电动螺旋压力机的结构及其刚度进行了分析,阐明了直驱型电动螺旋压力机具有高刚度的机理。以有限元作为开发工具,建立了静态下整机的受力模型。通过对两种直驱型电动螺旋压力机进行综合刚度分析表明,单端轴承的盘式伺服电动机驱动的直驱螺旋压力机的综合刚度高于其他机型。所得结论对于电动螺旋压力机的发展具有指导意义。
The synthetical stiffness of the electric screw press is one of the important factors affecting the efficiency of the forming process. In order to explore the effective ways to improve the synthetical stiffness of the process efficiency,analyzed the structural stiffness of the various electric screw press, clarified the mechanism that direct drive electric screw press have high stiffness. A static force model was created by finite element development tools. Analyzed the synthetical stiffness of two kinds direct drive electric screw press,indicated that the synthetical stiffness of direct electric screw press driven by single disc servo motor is higher than other models. The conclusion has guiding significance for the development of electric screw Dress.
