摘要
为进一步提高实验室合成的聚羧酸无甲醛免烫整理剂(简称LMP)的应用性能,对合成LMP的引发剂加入方式、单体物质的量之比及反应温度进行优化。用优化工艺条件合成的整理剂LMP对两种不同规格的棉织物进行无甲醛免烫整理中试规模应用。经检测,中试整理品洗涤五次后的外观平整度≥3.5级,接缝外观≥4.0级;白色织物白度由整理前的81降至79。各项性能符合GB/T 18863—2002《免烫纺织品》标准要求。表明按新工艺合成的聚羧酸型无甲醛免烫整理剂LMP具有良好的实际应用潜力。
In order to further improve the performance of polycarboxylic acid formaldehyde-free durable press finishing agent (namely LMP) synthesized in the laboratory, the way of adding initiator, monomer molar ratio and reaction temperature are optimized. The LMP synthesized under optimized technique is utilized to treat cotton fabrics with two different specifications in pilot-scale. The main performances of the treated fabrics are tested and the parameters show that the durable press levels are ≥ 3.5 and the smoothness appearance of seams 〉i 4.0 after five home laundering cycles, and the whiteness of the white fabric is decreased from 81 (untreated fabric) to 79, meeting the requirements of GB/T 18863- 2.002 standard "No-iron Textiles". It is said that LMP has great potential in industrial application.
