摘要
通过优选高耐碱染料,优化染色温度,控制升温速率,辅加优质的碱性匀染剂,强化还原清洗等措施,对纯涤海岛丝空气层麂皮绒进行一浴法碱减量/染色。最佳的染色工艺条件是:染色温度125℃,保温时间40 min,精练除油剂670 1 g/L,碱性匀染剂JX-D 1~2 g/L,氢氧化钠10 g/L,碱减量率控制在22%。
Selected basic dyes are applied to polyester air layer faux suede dyeing, technological process is optimized, such as dyeing temperature, heating rate, alkaline levelling agent, reduction clearing process. The optimum dyeing process is： dyeing at 125 ℃ for 40 min with 1 g/L of oil removal agent 670, IN 2 g/L of alkaline levelling agent JX-D, 10 g/L of caustic soda. The alkali-deweighting rate is controlled below 22%.
