合成革用超细纤维的复合彩色乳液染色

摘要 将细乳液聚合制备的颜料/乳胶复合彩色乳液对合成革用超细纤维进行染色,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了最佳染色工艺。结果表明,合成革用超细纤维涂料染色最佳条件为:复合彩色乳液中乳胶与颜料比为5∶1,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间3 min。与常规涂料染色比较发现,采用复合彩色乳液对合成革用超细纤维进行染色,能节省黏合剂50%,且染色后合成革手感更柔软,硬挺度降低了8.2%。 A composite colorized emulsion is prepared by miniemulsion polymerization, which consists of pigment particles encapsulated in acrylic latex. It is applied to the pigment dyeing of superfine fiber used in synthetic feather. The one-factor-at-a-time method and the orthogonal experiment method are performed to give the optimal dyeing process: the ratio of latex to pigment in the composite colorized emulsion 5: 1, curing at 150 ℃ for 3 min. Compared with the samples finished by the conventional pigment dyeing emulsion, the adhesive consumed in the aforementioned dyeing process is reduced by 50%, the softness is better and the stiffness decreased by 8.2%.
