摘要
将抗高温黄变剂DM-2916N应用于锦氨混纺织物的加工,讨论了水质、DM-2916N用量、轧余率等因素对抗高温黄变剂DM-2916N应用性能的影响。优化的整理工艺为:抗高温黄变剂DM-2916N 30~40 g/L,一浸一轧,轧余率(55±5)%,可有效解决白色、浅色、敏感色锦氨纶织物在190℃以上染整加工中的高温黄变问题。
The anti-high temperature yellowing agent DM-2916N is applied to polyamide/polyurethane blended fabric. The effects of water quality, DM-2916N dosage and pick-up on the application performance of DM-2916N are discussed. The optimum process is defined as follows: DM-2916N 30-40 g/L, one-dip-one-pad with pick-up of (55±5)%, which can effectively solve the yellowing problem of polyamide/polyurethane fabric in white, light color and sensitive color during high temperature processing of 190 ℃.
