摘要
利用管式热解炉对低阶煤与秸秆的共热解特性进行了研究,配置不同比例的煤与秸秆的混合物,考察N_2下不同比例混合物对其热解产物分布的影响,利用热分析仪对煤与秸秆共热解的活化能进行了计算。试验结果表明,低阶煤与秸秆混合物共热解可以降低反应的活化能,并促进了挥发分的生成,二者共热解存在协同作用。
The co-pyrolysis of low-rank coal and straw was studied in tube furnace. The influence of coal-straw mixture ratio on the distributions of pyrolysis products was investigated. The distribution of activation energy was also calculated by using thermogravimetrlc analysis and activation energy distribution model. The results showed that the co-pyrolysis of low-rank coal and straw can reduce the reac- tion activation energy and also promote the formation of volatile components. The synergistic effects in the co-pyrolysis of low rank coal and straw were suggested.
