紫外光照下稀土Tb^(3+)与那氟沙星体系的荧光特性及其分析应用

摘要 目的研究紫外光照下稀土Tb^(3+)/那氟沙星荧光体系对抗生素药物的分析检测优势。方法稀土离子Tb^(3+)与那氟沙星相互作用形成有机配合物,激发出491、546、586和622nm处Tb^(3+)的特征荧光,在紫外光照下,体系的荧光强度明显增强,文中探讨了荧光增强机理和最佳发光条件。结果该分析方法测得稀土Tb^(3+)荧光强度和那氟沙星浓度间具有良好的线性关系:I=53.77+22.49C,线性范围为2.0×10^(-6)~2.0×10^(-5)mol/L,检出限为2.78×10^(-7)mol/L。结论由此可见紫外光照下Tb^(3+)/那氟沙星荧光体系对那氟沙星成功进行了分析检测,并且灵敏度更高,线性关系较好,检出限更低。 Objective By analyzing the fluorescence system of Tb3+/nadifloxacin under the ultraviolet light, the advantages of the method could be concluded. Methods The organic complexes were formed through the interaction between the rare earth ion Tb3+ and nadifloxacin. The characteristic fluorescence of Tb3+ was stimulated at 491,546, 586 and 622nm under the ultraviolet light. The fluorescence intensity has been enhanced significantly, and theenhancement mechanism and the optimum light conditions have been discussed. Results It has been analyzed that there is a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of Tb3+ and the concentration of nadifloxacin: I=53.77+22.49C. The linear range is 2.0× 10-6-2.0×10-5mol/L, and the detection limit is 2.78×10-7mol/L. Conclusion The fluorescence system of Tb3+/nadifloxacin can be used to analyze and detect nadifloxacin sample under the ultraviolet light successfully. The method has many advantages, such as, high sensitivity, a goodlinear relation and a low detection limit.
