摘要
以邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸和硝酸钙为原料,合成了邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸钙。利用TG、IR对产品进行了表征。在此基础上进一步研究了邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸钙添加量对iPP力学性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明:当成核剂浓度很低时(0.05%),β晶含量达到56.49%,结晶峰温度提高了6.95℃。冲击强度由纯聚丙烯的3.43 kJ/m^2提高到7.69 kJ/m^2,热变形温度提高了20.8℃,而拉伸强度和弹性模量则略有下降。随着成核剂浓度的增加,力学性能和结晶性能提升不明显。
Calcium Phthaloyl Glycine was synthesized from phthaloyl glycine and calcium nitrate. The product was characterized by TG and IR. The effect of content of Calcium Phthaloyl Glycine on the mechanical properties and crystallization behavior were investigated. When the content of calcium phthaloyl glycine was 0.05% , the content of 13-form crystal reached 56.48% ,the crystallization peak temperature increased by 6.95 ℃. The impact strength of iPP increased from 3.43 kJ/m2 to 7.69 kJ/m2 and the heat deflection temperature increased by 20.8 ℃. Meanwhile, the tensile strength and flexural modulus of iPP were decreased slightly. With the increase of the concentration of nucleating agent, the improvement of mechanical properties and crystallization behavior were not obvious.
