摘要 喷头内熔体堵塞是熔融沉积成型技术的重要缺陷,造成了产品表面质量不高、精度差等问题。针对典型的熔融沉积快速成型喷头结构,建立了流固两相耦合的热流分析模型。为引入ABS塑料熔体Cross-WLF黏度模型,基于UDF用户定义函数编写材料子程序,采用仿真软件Fluent对流道内熔体的温度场、流动场及压力场进行数值模拟仿真。模拟结果解释了喷头内熔体堵塞的主要原因并提出了解决方案,为喷头的温度控制和热结构优化提供了参考。 Melt blocking in the nozzle was an important defect in the fused deposition molding (FDM). The results into the problems such as low surface quality and poor accuracy. According to a representative nozzle structure, a fluid-structure coupling model was established to analysis the temperature and flow fields. The Cross-WLF model was implemented for the ABS melt based on the User-defined functions (UDF). The numerical simulation was conducted by Fluent to obtain the temperature,flow and pressure distributions. The reason of the melt blocking was illustrated and an effective solution was presented. These simulation results provided valuable reference for temperature control and structure optimization.
