知识服务背景下图书馆通借通还服务研究——以重庆地区图书馆为例

针对图书馆通借通还实施以来遇到的一些问题进行探讨和分析,重点关注书籍查找有难度、通还易通借难、读者网上查询结果与实际情况不一致、遗失书籍的赔付办理出现周折这几个问题,并一一提出解决方案,以小见大彰显图书馆以人为本的宗旨和以读者为重的本质,为图书馆信息资源和服务的整合与共享打下坚实的基础。

After the analysis and discussion of the encountered problems in the library coordinated loan and return. The authors pay more attention to these problems in finding out books, easy to return but hard to borrow, the incongruity between readers＇ online query result and actual situation, and the difficult to compensate the books after losing them, and proposes the solution one by one. By doing these it will reveal the principle of people - oriented and the nature of the reader first to lay a solid foundation for integration and sharing of the information resources and services.
