数量众多的专业图书馆是我国图书馆类型的重要组成部分,肩负着向用户提供信息服务的重任。通过分析专业图书馆用户信息需求特点及信息服务的现状,提出在网络环境下专业图书馆应采取咨询方式多样化、增加信息定制服务、升级my library系统、提升多媒体用户教育、开展馆际互借的方式,以期为用户提供更加优质更加具有针对性的服务。

A large number of professional libraries are the most important components in our library system and undertake a task of providing information service to users. The article analyses the information demand characteristics of customer and status of information service, puts forward that the professional library should take various consult means, increase information customized service, raise ＂my library＂ system, enhance customer education, develop interlibrary loan. Hopefully, the high quality and focalization service could be provide to customer under the web environment.
