The Relationship Between Real Estate and China's Economic

房地产经济已经成为我国经济中不可或缺的一部分,其微小的变动都会引起社会的普遍关注。文章在对房地产发展历程进行梳理的基础上,重点探讨了房地产投资、房地产金融等情况,发现我国经济对房地产依赖过大、房地产税负较高等问题。

The real estate has become an integral part of our economy, its tiny changes can cause wide- spread concern of our society. In this paper,we, based on the study of the development process of real estate, focus on the real estate＇s investment, finance, etc.,and find that our economy dependence on the real estate is large and the tax is higher.
