畜禽舍臭氧氧化电位水制备装置设计与测试

摘要 为解决酸性氧化电位水(AOW)生成装置存在的电极腐蚀、极化、结垢以及电解室结构复杂和装置制造成本较高等问题,设计了一种基于臭氧氧化法生成富含杀菌消毒理化指标的臭氧氧化电位水(OOW)的装置。阐述了该装置的整体结构、技术参数、工作原理、关键部件设计以及特点。试验测试结果表明:运用该装置制备的臭氧氧化电位水的杀菌消毒能力整体优于酸性氧化电位水,在畜禽场舍环境、设施以及畜禽活体等的杀菌消毒和除臭方面,可以替代酸性氧化电位水。 In order to solve the problems of electrode corrosion, polarization, scaling, complex structure of electrolytic chamber and high cost of equipment manufacturing of acidic oxidizing potential'water (AOW) generating device, a device for generating ozone oxidizing potential water (OOW) which was rich in physical and chemical indicators of disinfection was designed based on ozone oxidation method. Structure, technical parameters, working principle, design of key parts and characteristics were ex- pounded. Test results showed that ozone oxidizing potential water prepared by this device was better than acid oxidation potential water. It could replace acid oxidation potential water for disinfection and deodorant in the field of livestock and poultry farm envi- ronment, facilities and livestock and poultry in vivo.
