摘要
运用TRIZ理论,针对牧草切割压扁机压扁系统进行创新设计。分析了压扁系统压扁率低的原因,运用物质-场分析法、矛盾矩阵法和因果分析法提出了4种创新设计方案,通过对比分析确立了最优方案,创新设计了新型压扁辊。将两台样机进行压扁率对比试验,结果表明,改进设计后压扁辊的压扁率由85%提高到96%,达到了标准规定的指标值,能够满足优质牧草的收获要求。
Innovative design on flattening system of grass cutting flattening machine was carried out based on TRIZ theory. The reason of low flattening rate for flattening system was analyzed. 4 kinds of innovative design solutions were put forward using ma- terial field analysis method, contradiction matrix method and cause and effect analysis method. The optimal scheme was estab- lished through comparative analysis. New conditioner roll was designed innovatively. Flattening rate test of 2 prototypes was made. Results showed that flattening rate of conditioner roll increased from 85% to 96% after improved design. It reached the standard set of indicators and could be meet harvesting requirements of high quality forage.
