摘要
本工作通过实验研究的方法，探讨了使用自然冷源情况下立式冷藏陈列柜的冷藏性能。研究结果表明：自然冷源陈列柜可以保证食品的贮藏温度，将自然冷源应用于食品冷藏陈列柜是可行的。当自然冷源温度低于3℃时，只利用自然冷源完全可以满足食品冷藏陈列柜贮藏食品的温度要求。相对传统的陈列柜系统，在相同的食品贮藏条件下，自然冷源冷藏陈列柜能耗仅为传统冷藏陈列柜能耗的36％，节能效果显著。
In this paper, the refrigeration performance of vertical refrigerated display cabinet was studied by means of experimental study. The results show that the display cabinet of natural cool source can ensure the storage temperature of food, and it is feasible to apply the natural cold source to the food refrigerated display cabinet. When the temperature of natural cool source is below 3 ℃, only using natural cool source can satisfy the temperature requirements of food refrigerated display cabinet. Compared with the traditional display cabinet system, under the same food storage conditions, the energy consumption of the refrigerated display cabinet is only 3 6% of the energy consumption of the traditional refrigerated display cabinet.
