摘要
本文以科尔沁肉牛屠宰及深加工项目为例，探索了自动化设备在肉牛屠宰及深加工行业中的实践和应用。项目设计方案采用了多项先进的自动化屠宰和加工设备，基本实现了肉牛屠宰及深加工的连续性生产，对自动化设备在肉牛屠宰及深加工行业中的应用具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper briefly introduced the automation equipment in the application status of cattle slaughtering and processing industry, taking kerchin cattle slaughtering and processing project as an example. The design scheme adopted a number of advanced production technology and production equipment in the processing design, basically achieved the continuity of the whole industrial chain production. It would has a certain reference significance for the automatic equipment in the application of beef cattle slaughter and processing industry,
