摘要
介绍合成氨装置氨气压缩机在冬季开车过程中遇到的问题,分析认为外界温度低、液氨闪蒸量不足是原因所在。通过前系统提前进行甲醇循环提供热量促进液氨气化,保证机组开车正常。
Problems encountered during ammonia compressor start-up in ammonia plant in winter time were studied. The main reason existed in low atmospheric temperature and insufficient flashing content of liquidized ammonia. Starting the methanol circulation to promote the vaporization of liquidized ammonia, in advance in upstream system to provide heat power so as the compressor could start up normally.
