大型合成氨装置废热锅炉炉水pH值降低原因分析及控制措施 被引量:2

摘要 针对合成氨装置开车阶段废热锅炉炉水pH值出现的异常下降问题,经过一系列分析排查,确定是上游脱盐水用阳离子树脂粉末带入废热锅炉炉水系统所致。采取相应控制措施,使炉水恢复正常。 During commissioning of a synthetic ammonia plant, the abnormal decline of pH value of waste heat boiler water occurred. It's determined after a series of analysis and investigation that the boiler wa- ter pH abnormal decrease was caused by entrainment of cationic exchange resin powder for upstream desalted water into the boiler water system. Corresponding control measures were taken to restore the boiler water in normal situation.
