博弈论在密肋复合墙节能建筑融资模式中的应用研究

Application Research on Game Theory in the Financing Mode of Energy-saving Building Using Ribbed Composite Wall

摘要 构建新的密肋复合墙节能建筑融资模型,即采用"分离融资"法分别融资;使用博弈论的理论模型分析建设方、预制工厂、ESCO、购房者的完全信息静态和动态博弈,论证密肋复合墙节能建筑今后融资方向的合理性。 The paper builds the new financing model of energy-saving building using multi-ribbed composite wall, namely respectively with the method of "separation financing". Then, analyzes the static and dynamic game under complete information condition among the project owner, prefabricated factory, ESCO and buyers with the theoretical model of game theory, proves the rationality of financing direction of energy-saving construction using multi-ribbed composite wall in the future.
