Yokohama Chinese School has split because of the impact of cross-strait political forces in 1952.The process, the complex political factors behind this event and the feelings of overseas Chinese can shed some light on the overseas Chinese community in Yokohama. The split of Yokohama Chinese School is not an accident,it not only reflects the struggle during the cold war between The Kuomintang and The Communist Party of China for the Overseas Chinese, but also reflects the conflicts among the Chinese expatriates in Japan under the interference of political factors.
