梨花女子大学是韩国女子高等教育的象征,是亚洲女子大学中最好的,也是世界范围内规模最大的女子大学。从创办之初发展至今,梨花女子大学办出了自己的特色并成功成长为一所在国际上享有盛誉的综合性女子大学,得到外界的一致认可。研究发现,其在发展过程中形成的在教育理念、专业设置、性别研究、国际交流合作与资金筹集等方面的办学经验和特色,对于同样位于亚洲且有着相同文化渊源的我国女子大学来说,具有借鉴意义。

Ewha Women University is the symbol of women＇s higher education in South Korea. Ewha is the best women＇s university in Asia and the biggest women＇s university in the world. Since the day of foundation, Ewha Women University has already possessed its own character- istics, grown up as a comprehensive women university and enjoyed a high reputation in the world. After related literature review and analysis, the authors find that Ewha Women Univer- sity has constituted successful school-running characteristics and experiences in educational ide- a, major setup, gender studies, international communication and cooperation and fund raising. This has a great influence on the women universities in China because of the same Asian region and cultural origin.
