摘要
地方本科高校面临转型成为应用技术型大学的发展战略任务,培养技术技能人才需要建设与之相应的"双师双能型"教师队伍。在转型的背景之下,地方本科高校教师队伍建设存在育人定位尚未明确、缺乏相应的细化评价标准、政策支持不足等问题。通过政策分析的方法,本文提出了"双师双能型"教师队伍建设战略:创新大学技术文化、建立教师专业发展评价制度、建立产教联盟组织、鼓励教师引领学生创业。
Localundergraduate colleges and universities are facing the development strategy of transition to an applied technology-based university, and the cultivation of technical and skilled talents need the construction of corresponding "Double-talented and Double-qualified" teaching staff. Under the transition background, the construction of teaching staff in the local under- graduate colleges and universities still have problems, such as ambiguity in the talent training orientation, the lack of relevant detailed evaluation criterion, and insufficiency in policy sup- port. This paper presents the construction strategy of "Double-talent and Dual-qualified" teaching staff by the policy analysis method. 1) to innovate college's technology culture; 2) to establish the evaluation system of teacher's professional development; 3) to set up the produ- cing-teaching alliance; and, 4) to encourage teachers to guide student entrepreneurship.
