摘要
以山东某地方本科院校专任教师为调查对象,对高校教师的职业发展状况进行问卷调查,结果表明:高校教师职业认同度较高;教师职业发展需求大,且存在明显的教龄和职称差异;学校职称政策对教师教学与科研工作导向作用非常明显;教师最不满的是教师评价体系不合理、无关工作耗费精力大。根据调查结果,为促进教师职业终身发展,地方本科院校应加强教师培训,构建促进教师终身发展的培训体系;加大对教师进修的支持力度;建立连续、稳定、科学的职称评审体系;建立科学合理的教师教学评价体系;设计并完善绩效发放办法,提高教师工作积极性。
This research conducts a questionnaire survey of university teachers' occupation de- velopment using full-time teachers of a local college in Shandong province as the respondents. The findings show that the university faculty has a high professional identity. The demand for teachers' occupational development is great and varies in education ages and professional titles; and, the policy of professional title has a significant guiding role in teachers' teaching and sci- entific research. However, an unreasonable evaluation system and time-consuming distractions get the most complaint. According to the survey, the following measures are put forward to improve the lifelong development of university teachers: 1) to reinforce teacher training and build a training system for teachers' lifelong development; 2) to provide more support for teachers'further education; 3) to establish a continuous, stable and scientific title evaluation system; 4) to build a reasonable and scientific teaching evaluation systeml and, 5) to improve the merit pay system so as to increase teachers' working enthusiasm.
