摘要
本文详细论述了轧制Cu/Al复合翅片管的生产工艺,通过分析生产过程中轧制压下量、外管壁厚、组元状态和芯头螺旋角对复合管成形的影响,找到了Cu/Al复合管的变形规律,总结出最佳生产工艺。
This article recounts the processing technique in rolling Cu/AL compound fin tube and how to obtain its deforming-rule and the optimum technology by means of analysing the influence of the rolling press-force, wall-thickness of outer tube, combinating configuration and core-spiral angle on the forming of compound fin tube in the process of production.
