摘要 为获得更好的净化精制效果,将煤系溶剂油与洗油混合进行煤焦油沥青的净化精制处理,以脱除其中的喹啉不溶物(QI)。考察了溶剂配比(芳脂比)、溶剂用量(溶剂比)、沉降温度、沉降时间和溶剂种类等因素对净化精制过程的影响,比较煤系溶剂油和石油系煤油的净化效果。结果表明:在洗油—溶剂油混合溶剂体系中,当洗油占混合溶剂的质量分数约为16.67%、混合溶剂与煤沥青的质量比为1∶1、沉降温度为100℃、沉降时间为2 h时,制得的精制沥青的QI质量分数在0.1%以下。采用煤焦油深加工过程中自产的煤系溶剂油取代传统的煤油作为脂肪烃溶剂用于煤沥青净化,可以获得较好的净化精制效果。 This paper presents an attempt to improve purification effect,using the combination of coal solvent oil and washing oil for coal tar pitch purification processing in a way that removes quinoline insolubles( QI). The study involves investigating the effects of the ratio of aromatic solvent to aliphatic solvent( the ratio of aromatic solvent to aliphatic solvent),amount of solvent( the ratio of the solvent to coal tar pitch),deposition temperature,settling time and solvent type on the QI content and yield of refined coal tar pitch; and comparing the purification effect by using solvent oil from coal and petroleum system kerosene. The results show that the mass fraction of QI of refined pitch prepared is below 0. 1%with the optimal conditions: the wash oil percentage of mixed solvent at 16. 67%; the quality of mixed solvent and coal tar pitch ratio at 1∶ 1; deposition temperature at 100 ℃; and settlement time at 2 h. Replacing the traditional kerosene with solvent oil from coal due to coal tar deep processing as aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent for coal tar pitch purification promises in a better purification effect.
