摘要
针对发光二极管的电气特性及其驱动电源的要求,设计了一种电流型大功率LED驱动电路。从实际应用的角度出发,较为详细地介绍了NCP1653A校正电路以及NCP1693A控制电路的工作原理和参数选择方法。运用PSIM软件建立驱动电路的模型,并在平均电流控制模式下对其进行模拟仿真。根据绘制的PCB图,制作并调试驱动电源板。结果表明:针对200 W以上的LED,该电路可以有效地提升功率因数,抑制对电网造成的波动,较为稳定地提供输出电压。
This paper is focused specifically on a current-source,high-power LED driver circuit tailored for the electrical characteristics of light emitting diode and its requirement for power supply. The paper starts from the perspective of practical application and presents a more detailed introduction to both the working principle and parameter selection method behind the NCP1653 A circuit correction and the NCP1693 A circuit control. The study works towards developing the driving circuit model using the power simulation( PSIM) software,together with the subsequent simulation under the average control current mode; and making the circuit board according to the PCB figure. The results show that,when it comes to an LED above 200 W,the circuit enables an effective improvement in the power factor,thus restraining the fluctuation to power grid and affording a more stable supply of output voltage.
